
Raffle Overview
- This is a raffle organized to win one of three fantastic prizes.
- The cost of one raffle ticket is $500.
- A maximum of 2000 tickets will be issued for this raffle.

Ticket Purchase
- Tickets can be purchased online: https://www.rammandir2024.org/raffle
- Each individual may purchase as many tickets as they wish, but the total number of tickets will be capped at 2000.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ticket purchase. No tickets will be issued without full payment.

Raffle Prizes
- There will be three prizes in total. The prizes are:
- Grand Prize: Shree Ram Lalla Rath (World Record Holder)
- Platinum Prize: Two Round Trip Business Class Travel to Ayodhya *
- Gold Prize: Two Round Trip Economy Class Travel to Ayodhya*
- The value and description of the prizes will be provided at the time of ticket purchase.

Draw Date
- The raffle draw will take place on October 4th, 2025, at 1:00PM
- Hindu Community Center, Kearny, NJ 07032
- The draw will be conducted in a public and transparent manner, and the winning tickets will be selected by a random draw.

Ticket Drawing and Winners
- Winning tickets will be selected at random during the draw.
- The first ticket drawn will win the Gold Prize.
- The second ticket drawn will win the Platinum Prize.
- The third ticket drawn will win the Grand Prize.
- Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details provided at the time of the ticket purchase. Presence at drawing is now required.
- Winner must respond by email to gensecy@vhp-america.org with acceptance within 30 days of notification. If there is no acceptance communication received the prize will be forfeited.

Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 21 years of age to enter the raffle.
- Tickets are open only to legal residents of United States of America.

Winner Announcement
- Winners will be announced at site of the draw and notified by Email/Phone Call within 24 after the draw.
- The winners’ names will be posted on [Website, Social Media, etc.] and will be contacted directly.
- If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days after being notified, the prize will be forfeited.

Prize Redemption
- Grand Prize winner is responsible for collecting their prizes at 200 New Bond Street, Sugar Grove IL, or arranging for delivery.
- Platinum and Gold Prize winners will be placed in touch with our Travel Agent to make trip arrangements. The trip must commence prior to Oct 3rd, 2026.
- All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Refunds & Cancellations
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel the raffle if less than 250 tickets are sold, in the event this occurs a refund of all collections will be made.
- Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged, regardless of whether the ticket wins. (Exception applies as above)

Legal Compliance
- The raffle is conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations governing raffles and lotteries in United States of America govern by state laws of State of New Jersey.
- Participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations and acknowledge that the raffle is conducted under the oversight of an elected representative or law enforcement officer.

Miscellaneous
- The organizer reserves the right to amend or modify these rules at any time, with adequate notice to participants.
- The organizer is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed tickets.
- All local, State and Federal taxes related to the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
